Pnuma Gear: Quality Products and an Exceptional Warranty

Hunting clothing has come a long way since I started hunting in the ‘90s. My first hunting clothes were just some of my dad’s old denim jeans printed in camo and a homemade fleece jacket my mom made out of cloth that she probably repurposed from some other item. My boots were a size and a half too big, but we found them in the Cabela’s clearance room and just couldn’t pass up the price. I watched my dad and his friends go out hunting in blue jeans and flannel shirts. They were successful, but as the hunting world has changed, the clothing options have followed suit. As much as I love the rugged simplicity of the old days of hunting, I equally love the four-way stretch in my Pnuma gear pants, and I don’t miss hiking the steep terrain of Idaho in wet denim. The benefits just can’t be denied.

There are many great hunting clothing companies to choose from. One of my favorite companies is Pnuma. I have been using clothing from this company since not long after they launched. When I was chosen to be a participant on the survival show called Alone: The Beast, they had very specific criteria for what clothing we could bring.

The only company that had everything I needed in the solid colors I was required to bring was Pnuma. After using their layering system for 30 days in the Arctic and putting it to the ultimate test, I was impressed, and I have primarily used their gear since. The durability of their product was impressive, and their customer service and warranty are unmatched in the clothing industry.

I wanted to highlight a couple of my favorite products from Pnuma. Their Recon Element Proof glove is the best glove I have ever used for hunting. These gloves feature four-way stretch and are waterproof yet breathable. They have tech-touch panels on the index finger and thumb and a silicone printed palm for grip. They are lightweight and thin enough to provide dexterity but still incredibly warm. These gloves are next-level.

Another product I wanted to highlight from Pnuma is their Pathfinder pant. These pants also feature four-way stretch, fast drying, and moisture wicking, and they are perfect for long days of hiking. The four-way stretch increases range of motion while decreasing fatigue.

Pnuma has a lot of great products in their lineup, and I have used most of them. Their layering system is something I implement on every hunt, and even after all of the miles I have put on their gear, it is still going strong. Layering systems are essential for western hunting, and there are many different brands offering systems on the market. I highly recommend checking out Pnuma gear, not only because of the quality of the gear but also the quality of their warranty. They offer a lifetime warranty on all of their products and will repair or replace any products that break down from regular use. Pnuma is a company with a great product, a great warranty, and great customer service.
