Hamskea Archery Epsilon Arrow Rest Review

Built like a Panzer tank but performs like a fine Swiss watch. Hamskea Archery is well known for building the toughest, most dependable arrow rests on the market. As far as I am concerned, Hamskea Archery makes the best limb-driven arrow rest money can buy. The only criticism of the Hamskea arrow rests has been related to their weight and bulkiness. That is, until now. New for 2022, Hamskea Archery is releasing their best rest ever, the Epsilon. Hamskea has figured out how to take their bulletproof arrow rest design and put it into a MUCH smaller package. The Epsilon is nearly an inch slimmer in width than their previous top-of-the-line rest, the Trinity Hunter Pro.

The Epsilon was engineered to be positioned behind the riser to provide a streamlined fit while eliminating interference with low-profile accessories. This smaller, lighter rest makes for a much tighter fit relative to quiver clearance. It’s the perfect ultra-slim, limb-driven arrow rest to complement Hoyt’s new In-Line accessory system and Mathews’s new Bridge-Lock Sight system, allowing your quiver to be super tight to the riser for much better bow balance.

There are a lot of guys out there who create content about archery equipment, but almost none of them shoot every day, hunt 60-plus days a year, and have a full-time engineering job.
James always delivers the highest quality content, whether it’s a deep dive on arrow tolerances or methods of aiming that you've never even considered, in each issue, he delivers something to help you up your archery game.

James has been a borderline-obsessive backcountry hunter for years. His day job as an engineering consultant informs his scientific approach to archery in a unique way that we’re fortunate enough to pass along to our readers. James lives in Utah where he is involved in some of the most grueling backpack hunting expeditions ever undertaken in the lower 48.
