Cutting his teeth in the extreme terrain occupied by northwestern wild sheep and mountain goats, Matt’s hunting track record may not be as deep as some, but the richness and severity of it rivals many lifelong hunters. Matt resides in Kelowna and is in his third season of guiding for an outfitter in his home province of British Columbia, and he shows no signs of slowing down. As far as we can tell, slowing down is his arch-nemesis. Matt’s knowledge of human mechanics paired with the unique perspective of a backcountry hunter is a rare combination that we do not take for granted.
